The fist part of this online course will be mostly about grounding your body & spirit. We will go through different grounding techniques, and a full introduction on how to ground yourself with the use of mother earth.
And how helpful it can be in triggering situations, as well as a method of realigning yourself with the natural elements and learning how to use mother earth in your healing process.
Part 2- Earth, air, fire & water
How to use the natural elements for your benefits, and how helpful they can be in balancing out your body, mind and spirit.
How to use the elements in releasing old energy and transforming into new.
Releasing rituals, to let go of the old, and welcome in the new.
Part 3 - communicate with mother earth
It’s time to take a walk outside, and feel mother earth in a transformative way. Learn how to listen to her, and her guidance. Feel the natural vibrations from herbs and plants, and start working towards feeling them on a deep level. So you can build up a connection to gaia and really start to listen to what the medicinal plants are saying to you.
Part 4 - make herbal medicine
It’s time to try out some remedies to create your own unique herbal medicine, with herbs from your local area.
Different remedies for you to enjoy making herbal drinks, tinctures and skincare!
